Angus-Young Hovde Village Crossing

The design is based on providing an early 1900’s downtown look and feel by creating architecture that surrounds the existing building built in 1896.

We carefully detailed each storefront to reflect the existing architecture, to be time period sensitive, yet have its own façade identity. This included 8 different façade designs each with their own lighting and custom cornices. Other features include a 3,900 sf rooftop beer garden for the Brewery tenant, French Quarter style custom Gas lanterns on the Main Street facade, custom steel canopies, and a 2-story atrium that highlights the exterior brick facades of the existing 1856 building. The West end of the building was designed for Lone Girl Brewing Co. Angus-Young partnered with them on the specifics of their needs for both the brewery and rooftop beer garden.
