Whitney Residence Hall at Beloit College received a comprehensive renovation to bring the building up to current accessibility, safety, and comfort standards. The scope covered full interior updates to student rooms, lounges, kitchens, and entry spaces, alongside exterior upgrades to the building envelope. New vinyl flooring, updated lighting, and a full HVAC system replacement with fan coil units and fresh air ventilation modernized the building’s systems throughout.

Restrooms were also reconfigured with new tile, partitions, and fixtures to improve both privacy and functionality. A sprinkler system was installed as part of the life safety upgrades. The result is a residence hall that better serves students while preserving the character of an established campus building.
