Built to support a demanding, around‑the‑clock operation, the new Dewey’s Towing facility delivers a durable and efficient home base for fleet service and vehicle maintenance in Beloit, Wisconsin. Angus‑Young partnered with project collaborators to design the 11,400 square foot pre‑engineered building, featuring a combination of resilient exterior finishes, a first‑floor storage overhang, and a prominent entrance canopy.

The interior includes multiple auto repair and large vehicle service bays, vehicle storage areas, a 1,730 square foot equipment and storage mezzanine, and offices with support spaces for daily operations. Site improvements across the two‑plus‑acre property include paved drives and parking areas, gravel storage yards, security fencing with motorized access gates, stormwater ponds, sidewalks, site lighting, and signage. Civil engineering services were provided by Batterman Engineering.
