This historic renovation reimagines a 7,696‑square‑foot campus building as a dynamic center for creativity, learning, and community engagement at Beloit College. The project brings together media production, entrepreneurship, and academic collaboration through the addition of a music recording studio, public‑access cable television studio, editing suites, offices, and a public display gallery. The first floor is designed as an open, welcoming environment with computer stations, meeting and study rooms, coffee service, and the Impact Beloit Hub, which supports community‑based learning and career‑readiness programs. Upper levels provide classrooms, open study areas, group work rooms, private study stations, and IT support, creating a flexible, student‑focused environment within a historic framework.
