The 29,700 square foot building includes a two‑story 5,500 square foot retail center, a 2,200 square foot mezzanine, and a 22,000 square foot greenhouse. The modernized facility incorporates in‑floor heating and energy‑saving building techniques to improve performance and comfort. These upgrades allow Klein’s to expand its variety of offerings, increase growing capabilities, and better serve the community for generations to come.
