Edgerton Hospital and Health Services brought specialty care closer to home with this 4,190-square-foot clinic buildout in downtown Edgerton. Located within the Fulton Condominiums project on West Fulton Street, the Fulton Square Clinic gives the community access to ENT, pulmonary, cardiology, podiatry, and surgery services without leaving town. The program includes visiting physician offices, patient rooms, senior life solutions therapy and offices, a lab, and additional support spaces, all designed to support a range of specialty care needs in a single, accessible location.

The interior buildout was designed to feel welcoming and functional, balancing clinical requirements with a comfortable patient experience. Architectural, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical services were all provided in-house.
