The Town of Beloit’s new 27,000-square-foot public works facility on South Walters Road gives the town a purpose-built operations center with the infrastructure to match. The building includes a heated vehicle storage garage, drive-through wash bay, fleet maintenance bays, overhead bridge crane, and employee welfare areas. Everything the town’s public works team needs for day-to-day operations is under one roof.

Exterior improvements extend the site’s functionality further, with a covered outdoor storage area, covered fueling island, 6,240-square-foot salt and sand storage shed, and cast-in-place concrete material storage bunkers rounding out a well-equipped municipal campus.
