The facility includes approximately 2,200 square feet of office space, with the remainder dedicated to warehouse use. The office area features locker-equipped breakrooms, mechanical rooms, and masonry-constructed storm shelter-rated restrooms, giving employees the support spaces they need in a facility built for demanding daily use.

The exterior uses metal panels with corner accents, adding visual interest to a building type that can easily blend into the background. Full architectural, interior, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing services were provided.
