The City of Delavan’s new Municipal Operations Center on Richmond Road replaced several aging buildings on the same site, consolidating public works operations into a single, purpose-built 44,365-square-foot facility. The project required demolishing the existing structures before construction could begin, clearing the way for a building designed to meet the full range of DPW needs. Administrative offices, employee welfare areas, departmental shops, vehicle maintenance bays, and storage are all housed under one roof, giving the city’s public works team a functional and organized home base.

Completed in spring 2020, the project was delivered with full architectural, civil, landscaping, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing services.
