Carbon World Health was the country’s first medically supervised spa and fitness facility, owned by a doctor, an esthetician, and a personal trainer. The interior renovation and buildout in Madison brought that unique combination to life in a space that deliberately feels like two different worlds. One side reads as a raw, energetic fitness gym; the other carries the calm, polished feel of a spa. Bold colors and brand-specific contemporary furnishings tie the two together without softening either one.

The facility includes a personal training gym, locker rooms with showers, a lounge, reception, cryotherapy area, physician and esthetician rooms, and spa treatment rooms. The design served a clear vision: a place where fitness, health, and beauty exist under one roof, backed by medical expertise.
