Bunker, a San Francisco-based insurance company, needed a Madison office that reflected how they work. The 4,328-square-foot buildout on State Street centers around a glass-walled conference room visible from the moment you walk in, surrounded by a branding and media wall and a floating bench for mobile workstations. That bench wraps around the room and transitions into a raised collaboration area with a built-in planter, keeping greenery and flexibility woven throughout the space.

Raw concrete, reclaimed wood, exposed structure ceilings, chalkboard walls, and stained concrete floors give the office an industrial character softened by warm materials and thoughtful details. The kitchen anchors the floor plan as a true hub, with quartz waterfall countertops and a layout designed for employees to work, eat, or just hang out in the same space.
