Angus Young provided full design services for Beloit College in redevelopment of two historic buildings in downtown Beloit. The early 20th century structures were renovated to accommodate new educational space for students seeking to advance their business aspirations. The 3 story building includes recording studio spaces, retail art gallery, meeting rooms, open offices, pitch presentation spaces and research and development labs. A new elevator was also incorporated into the project, allowing accessibility to all three floor levels.

Exterior improvements included building envelope efficiency improvements in addition to a new one-piece street canopy that helps unite the two buildings at the street/pedestrian level. Exposed structural elements within the building provide unique architectural details that reflect the buildings historic past.
