American Packaging Corporation’s manufacturing facility in DeForest’s North Business Park is a large-scale flexible packaging operation built in phases to support the company’s growing capacity for sustainable packaging solutions. The overall site plan accommodated a 471,750-square-foot building on 26.3 acres, with the initial phase delivering a 171,100-square-foot rotogravure printing and laminating facility. Access drives, parking areas, loading docks, and stormwater management basins were all developed as part of the site work.

Angus-Young provided full architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing services for the facility, working alongside Vierbicher who handled civil and site engineering. The project required coordination with the Village of DeForest, the Capital Area Regional Planning Commission, the Wisconsin DNR, and the Wisconsin Department of Commerce to meet stormwater and erosion control requirements.
