Fire Station No. 3 serves as both a new fire station and the headquarters facility for the City of Oak Creek. The 16,100-square-foot building was designed to support the full range of fire and EMS operations, housing storage rooms, laundry and hose drying, a training and conference room, day room, exercise room, chief and assistant chief offices, sleeping quarters, a dispatch desk, EMS clean area and storage, and a maintenance and mechanical room.

The brick exterior and classic fire station massing give the building a civic presence on South 6th Street, while the interior layout keeps everything organized and accessible for a crew that needs to move fast. Full architectural, site and civil, structural, landscape, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing services were provided.
