RG Heating, Cooling and Plumbing’s new facility on Uniek Drive in Waunakee gives a growing company the space to match its expanding team and service area. Master planning focused on maximizing building size and coverage across a new three-acre parcel adjacent to RG’s existing facility, while accounting for traffic flow, future flexibility, and site constraints. The completed 28,400-square-foot building pairs a professionally finished office and entry facade with a pre-engineered metal building warehouse behind it, housing operations, service, storage, and administration under one roof.

Angus-Young led the project from initial master planning through construction administration in collaboration with Vogel Bros. Building Co., managing the full regulatory process in Waunakee and securing Plan Commission and State approvals covering site layout, landscaping, lighting, and exterior design.
