Town of Delavan Fire Department

The Town of Delavan needed a fire and EMS facility built for the decades ahead. Working closely with the Town Board and Fire Department, the design process was collaborative from the start – shaped by the people who would actually use the building every day. The new 22,138-square-foot facility houses Fire Department offices, dispatch, a conference room, meeting hall, bunk rooms, a day room, kitchen, and an eight-stall apparatus bay.
The building is designed to support both the operational demands of a modern fire and EMS department and the long-term growth of the community it serves. Full architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and landscape services were provided to deliver a facility the Town of Delavan can rely on for years to come.
