This 5,000 SF interior buildout aimed to step away from stereotypical notions of what an Indian restaurant should look like while creating a dynamic, adaptable space that would serve as both an event space, bar, and restaurant. Deviating from a traditionally warm color palette, Swagat featured a cooler color palette with biophilic elements to maintain a feeling of warmth and liveliness in the space. Special attention was placed on guiding design features that would encourage guests to get out of their seats and explore the rest of the space.
