Angus-Young worked with Hendricks Commercial Properties to develop two 100,000 square foot spec buildings on a 31.6 acre site on the Wisconsin/Illinois state line. Each building has room for planned expansion that could double the current square footage, creating up to 400,000 square feet of industrial and distribution space. The buildings include 32-foot clear height, 50ftx50ft column spacing, and at-grade dock access, as well as ample and expandable parking and modern conveniences that cater to attracting the local and regional workforce. The buildings have been finished out for tenants and are fully operational. The location of this industrial park is positioned well with access to I-90 and support for shipping.
