4,500 sf renovation and 11,245 sf addition to police and administration building

The City of Milton purchased a 6,300 SF medical clinic to renovate and provide additions for the police department and municipal court. This project included an addition of 5,337 SF for administration and municipal court, and 5,908 SF for police operations. The existing building was renovated for court clerk and judge’s chambers, and police operations needs. The existing lower level was modified for evidence processing and storage. In addition, this provides 39 parking stalls for municipal court needs and a secure parking area for impound vehicles and employee parking.
