Client: Northstar Radioisotopes

Scope: New 50,000 sf facility
This is the first building in an expected large campus Northstar Radioisotope’s headquarters. The building was developed on a fast track, design build delivery to provide light manufacturing, warehousing and corporate office and customer support center for the newly formed company.
Constructed of a steel frame with load bearing tilt-up concrete panels this 50,000 gsf facility was constructed with a 3,000 gsf mezzanine and with the ability to expand in three more additions. The site was further developed and prepped for future production buildings. Campus Planning and Site preparation were key factors in the creation of this first phase while preparing for the future growth for the organization. This first phase included large clean rooms for quality assurance and product development, radioactive isolation spaces and material handling systems.
