Scope: New 9,350 sf retail store and 8,523 sf renovation
New 9,350 sf retail building with two tenant spaces and renovation of an exiting tenant space. One tenant space will be 7,550 sf and the other tenant space will be 1,800 sf. The building will consist of CMU bearing wall construction with R-10 rigid insulation, brick veneer and EIFS exterior based on the completed renderings. Roof structure will be steel joist framed with R-20 insulation and membrane roof. There will be (1) recessed loading dock and (1) at grade loading dock at the rear side of the building.
The renovation followed Ace Hardware’s “Landlord Work Letter” for interior finishes and exterior quality.
