Jeffrey Hazekamp, AIA, NCARB
President and Managing Principal
Jeff is the President and Managing Principal of Angus Young. Jeff received his Bachelor of Science in Architecture in 1983 from the University of Michigan, and earned his Master of Architecture in 1986. During his time as Managing Principal, the firm has grown from a three person architectural firm to over twenty professionals providing architectural, engineering and interior design services. He is responsible for overall management, performance, setting goals and direction of the firm. Jeff is a registered Professional Architect in the state of Wisconsin, Illinois, Michigan, Minnesota, Nebraska, Indiana, Missouri, Ohio, and Iowa.
Joseph Stadelman, AIA, LEED AP
Vice President and Principal Architect
Joe is the Vice President and Principal Architect of Angus Young. Joe received his Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 1987 and received a Master of Engineering degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2002. As lead architect on many projects, he oversees building design, project scheduling of staff to meet project deadlines, system coordination with engineering, budget, and quality control. Joe is a registered Professional Architect in the state of Wisconsin and Illinois.
Zachary Goswick, P.E., S.E., C.D.T.
Principal Structural Engineer
Zach is a Principal Structural Engineer and Engineering Manager. Zach joined the firm in 1999 after receiving his Bachelor of Science degree from the Milwaukee School of Engineering. His responsibilities include management of engineering personnel, design and design oversight for Structural, Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing systems. Zach is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Wisconsin, Illinois, Minnesota, Iowa, and Pennsylvania.

Architecture Manager, Shareholder
Jeff is a 2008 University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign graduate with a Master of Architecture after receiving his Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies and Certificate in Urban Planning Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 2006. Jeff joined the AYA team as an intern in 2006, and then full time upon graduation in 2008. He is a project architect and designs and manages all types of building projects. Jeff is NCARB certified, and a registered Professional Architect in the State of Wisconsin and Kentucky.
Bradley Werginz, AIA
Brad is a 2002 University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Studies. Brad joined the AYA team in 2003 as a project manager. He is a project architect and designs and manages all types of building projects, with significant experience in the public sector. Brad is a registered Professional Architect in the State of Wisconsin.
